Dayseeker x Three Chord Bourbon

The Dayseeker x Three Chord Bourbon Backstage Series release was blended with the band backstage at a tour stop in Rochester, NY — built around depth, contrast, and big flavors.

The blend brings together a unique blend of 4-8 year old bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. Only about 5% of the blend was finished in Amburana barrels, providing a kick of flavor.

Amburana is powerful. It can take over fast. So instead of letting it run the show, we used it like the right note in the right place — adding warmth, spice, and character without drowning out the whiskey underneath.

The result is a limited collaboration release that hits with structure, sweetness, and a subtle barrel-finished twist — made for fans of Dayseeker, Three Chord, and whiskey with a little more volume.
